Women of Faith 2011

     
 I am super duper excited to write this post about Women of Faith!!! Why, you ask? Well, I'll tell ya. I've never been to one. I've heard about them and dreamed about going for years but my boys ages always kept me from going since I'd have to spend the night. Finally, my youngest is old enough to stay with daddy! Also, I won two registrations through booksneeze.com! I review books for them and when the opportunity came up to win 2 registrations to a location near me this fall I jumped at the chance and was ecstatic to be one that was chosen!!

So what exactly is Women of Faith? Well according to their website Women of Faith is a faith-based women’s organization encouraging women of all ages and stages in life to grow in faith and spiritual maturity through a relationship with Jesus Christ and an understanding of God’s love and grace. In other words, God love you know matter what and desires for you to have a relationship with His Son, Jesus! And to do this there is worship, humor and the love of Jesus shown through speakers.

This year the following women are speaking at the confrence nearest me: Sheila Walsh, Luci Swindoll, Lisa Harper, Angie Smith, and drama by Nicole Johnson (she does an amazing job. I've seen her on youtube doing something called The Invisible Woman and the impact it had on me!) Music is by Mary Mary and Natalie Grant and special guest is Henry Cloud. This event has always looked amazing, inspiring and God breathing fresh life into women everywhere! I cannot wait to go! And lucky for you I will be blogging all about it when I am done! I am sure it will be a life changing weekend for me!
