All About Me

            Hi! My name is Heidi. I am a homemaker and love it! Everyday I try and be a little better (with God's grace and help!) I love to sew, cook, bake, garden, be outdoors and hang with my crew. I am under God's construction and am thankful for His mercy  and grace and especially the Gift of His Son. My hubby is the Rev. J. He is an amazing man of God, wonderful husband and father and I am truly blessed by him! I owe it all to God and my grandma. Seriously, she got me going back to church and introduced me to the single youth pastor over eleven years ago. We've been married over 10.5 now.

We have 5 wonderfully active boys. Mr. L is our oldest and is now a teen. Talk about scary! I am so proud of his perseverence at basketball and how he gives me a hug every night before bed. (OK, maybe I force him just a little.)

Then we had our sweet B. He is so gentle and kind and loving and all boy! (They are all for sure!) He loves football, (especially the Steelers), soccer, star wars and snuggles. (but don't tell anyone about that!) He is just about 10yrs old.

Next up was my first true little spitfire. Oh, my, N came out a screamin' (and peeing as he'll excitedly tell you!) He is so full of energy, full of life, and is extremely passionate about many things. So much so he'll fight tooth and nail for whatever he thinks should happen. He is so stubborn. Man, I love this kid! Such the opposite of me but still a part of me. I know some day God will use him for so much good. He just turned 8.

Next up is my MyMy. He is so laid back and easy going, usually! He has his moment but don't we all?! And sadly (for me) he now has another woman in his life. Miss J. She is his preschool teacher and he "loves" her. He also loves to tell me I'm nice and beautiful. I am truly a lucky mom! This big man is 5.

Then last, but never least, is my little T. He was a surprise that God knew we needed and wanted before we did. He is similar to his big brother N. So passionate and vocal and definitely mama's boy right now. He loves Umi Zumi and Dora and snuggling with mom at night. He hates kisses on his face and peanut butter.
